About Edgar
51 Years Serving the People of Germantown and Fayette County.
I am not a politician. I am a retired firefighter, a homeowner, and your neighbor — and I believe City Hall should work for you, not for special interests.
His Story
Why Edgar Is Running
I have spent 51 years protecting the lives and property of the people of Germantown and Fayette County — 40 years with the Germantown Fire Department and 11 years as Fire Chief of Rossville. I know this city, its budget, and its neighborhoods, because I have served every one of them.
I am not a politician. I am a retired firefighter, a homeowner, and your neighbor, and I believe City Hall should work for you, not for special interests.
I am asking for your vote to make Germantown feel like home again.

What Drives Him
Why Edgar Is Qualified
51 Years of Service
40 years with the Germantown Fire Department and 11 years as Fire Chief of Rossville — Edgar has spent his entire adult life protecting the people of Germantown and Fayette County.
Knows the Budget
As Deputy Chief, Edgar managed the fire department's administration and budget. He understands how city money works — and how it gets wasted.
A Real Neighbor
Edgar moved to Germantown in 1975 and has never left. He's a homeowner, a graduate of Germantown High School, and a neighbor who lives with the same city decisions everyone else does.
Not a Politician
Edgar has never run for office. He's running now because he loves this city and believes it deserves leadership that answers to residents — not to insiders.
Community Roots
A Germantonian Through and Through
Edgar moved to Germantown in 1975 and has called it home ever since. He attended Germantown High School, joined the fire department as a teenager, and built his life here.
He has watched Germantown grow, change, and in some ways drift from the values that made it special. He's running to bring it back — to restore the hometown feeling, the fiscal discipline, and the sense that City Hall works for the people who live here.
